Myrra shook her head at Fulther's suggestion of a bath or shower. That wasn't exactly what she meant. It would be a little difficult to explain though, and she still didn't feel comfortable with so many people around. People she wasn't sure she could trust. Despite that, she didn't feel she had much of a choice. Where else could she go? So she'd follow but remain careful.

Hmmm... This kid was going to need a reminder of who was in charge here. Silera though silently as she watched Ian. Nonetheless, she wasn't stupid enough to start a fight when escaping was more important. She looked back to Fulther and Myrra, "Are you guys coming? You'll be safe, he's a friend." She added and took a step after Ian, "You can bring goat-boy if you really need to." She added, not knowing his name. She had to be honest with herself, she was reluctant to leave the man behind, it wasn't often that she might someone who seemed so interesting to play with. Still... She wasn't the type to hang around and after extending her invitation she continued after Ian.

Fulther nodded to Silera and then Ian. "Appreciate the help," he said, following them. "Nothing to look at, folks," he called out to the gathered people. "The circus is over." He hoped his imposing figure would encourage the crowd to disperse.

Myrra followed though still not very closely. She tried to keep as much space as possible between herself and the other people. There were too many of them and all far too close for her comfort. In fact she was starting to feel a bit claustrophobic. She hoped there would be less people around very soon. She shuddered a little and tried to think herself invisible. Although she didn't really have that ability, right now she wished that she did.

Rehn followed closely behind the others, finding himself somewhat insecure with everyone staring at him. Of course, the bird lady had drawn some attention away from him, now that she looked normal again, he was who their eyes fell on, and he didn't like it. It was times like this the satyr wished he could just disappear, if only to not be stared at like a freak. "Rehn..." he spoke up after a moment, emerald eyes glaring into Silera's back. "Not goat-boy, Rehn..."

"Well Rehn, since you gave your name I'll give mine," he said pausing for a second, "I go by Ian," he continued turning back around and heading down the alleyway reaching the end and looking down the street ahead of him for anything that appeared out of place. "Although, that may be your normal form though Rehn. If you can change back that would be really helpful in this situation." He spotted several people going about their lives as though nothing was going on. He knew how these people would react if they saw Rehn at this point. "Or if anybody can spare a cloak to cover him up until we get to my apartment that would be very beneficial to current traveling arrangements."

Silera heard Rehn's correction and shrugged. Right now she simply wanted to get away. She hated humans, despised them and she felt her aggression welling up inside her as the crowd started to make her feel a bit smothered. She reached into her pack and discovered she was out of candy bars and she was suddenly in a much worse mood. She wanted to move, to get away from the prying eyes before she gave in and ripped them out of the viewers' heads. "Either do that or start moving... Quickly." She added as she looked down at Rehn. "I for one don't feel like explaining to the slave drivers why we haven't turned you in." She continued.

At Ian's suggestion, Fulther pulled off his coat and held it out to Rehn. "Here man," he said with a smile. "Just make sure I get it back." The only issue now was that, while he didn't look inhuman, Fulther's impressive physique was likely to draw some glances.

Keeping her head down and following behind, hoping it wasn't too obvious to the crowd that she was part of this odd little "group", was what Myrra had in mind. The green locks in her hair, were drawing an occasional look, but compared to feathers or horns she looked relatively normal she thought. Still, at least she was in her human form. She could imagine how distracting a finned horse running through the city would be. She shook her head and stopped as something hit part of the bare skin of her leg and stuck. She paused and looked down to try to figure out what the object was. A small mouse was squirming violently as it tried to get loose from her leg. Myrra shuddered. She wasn't afraid of mice or rodents, but having a live one stuck to her was not exactly a pleasant experience. She dropped to one knee in the middle of the street and tried to carefully remove the little creature from her leg.

Silera paused as Fulther took off his shirt and she couldn't help but stare for a moment or two. Daaaaammnnn..... She hadn't been out of stasis for very long so she hadn't seen a guy like him, not in real life anyways. Suddenly realizing she was staring she looked away, her gaze falling on Myrra who seemed to be trying to pry something off her leg. She tilted her head and suddenly realized it was a small animal, prompting her to step forward and bend until her fingers snatched the tiny creature from the girl's leg, ripping it off with enough force to leave a bloody path of fur stuck to her leg. She was acting almost defiantly as she lifted it up and dropped the squirming mouse into her mouth. It's frantic squeak was cut short as her fangs sliced down and she grinned. She was enjoying the taste of the blood running down her throat before she swallowed and didn't seem to notice the small tail hanging from the corner of her mouth.

Ian heard the ruffling of clothing and the sound of the man's voice, but couldn't make out what he was saying at that time. As he continued to gaze out into the busy sidewalk and street waiting for the opportune moment he noticed that someone's footsteps had stopped and quickly looked back just in time to see Silera eat the mouse and noticed the tail was still hanging out. "You got a little something hanging from your mouth and I hope you're immune to the diseases those vermin carry," he said with a slight look of disgust on his face but deep down he knew that he was the worst then all of them for what he would have to do soon. His hunger was reaching its peak if only Rehn hadn't turned out to be a mutant then he would've been fine for the next three days. His body let out a slight creak letting him know that he would have to find someone to replace his previous target soon or he would be to weak to make the transfer. He might even have to ditch these guys in order to do it. He thought about how to do it discreetly, but figured Silera would be the one to voice objection and give him hell for it as her personality tended to explode outwards. Also, he knew where the apartment was located and had been there many times since he was released. "If your done eating," he said keeping his voice calm, "Its time for us to enter the next alleyway while the crowds have slimmed down."

With his coat now with... was the name Rain?... Fulther nodded at Ian's suggestion to move on. It made sense to keep making tracks. "I assume you're also from the compound?" he asked the other man as he moved up to his side.

Myrra stiffened as she watched what Silera did. It was awful. Sure she wasn't exactly fond of mice, but... the poor thing didn't need to die for no reason. The bleeding bit of skin was still stuck firmly to her leg, but she was too worked up now to get it to come off. Myrra buried her head in her arms for a moment trying to calm herself down.

"I think I can handle it." Silera answered as she bit through the tail and pulled it out. It was to stringy for her, not meaty enough, and she flicked the tail away. She sighed when she suddenly noticed a few people were falling behind. Myrra had her head buried between her knees and goat boy seemed to be in a daze, probably from the blow that had broken his horn. She almost groaned as she stalked back and hauled the faun to his feet, "Come on, Bambi, don't pass out here." She muttered as she dragged him along with her. She paused next to Myrra, her grey eyes were hard and unsympathetic as she looked down at the other girl. Pathetic and weak, she might as well be human. Silera quietly compared her the creatures she despised, though she was careful not to show her disgust at the girl's emotions. "You can stay and risk capture. Or you can follow and find some shelter." She finally said. She wasn't about to touch her, the mouse that had ended up stuck was still fresh on her mind, besides she was feeling a little more forgiving since the girl had provided a snack; hence the reason she didn't simply leave her behind.

Myrra jerked her head up at the sound of a voice. She couldn't seem to calm herself down, and the bit of mouse skin was still sickeningly stuck to her leg. She grimaced, but realized she'd have to deal with it and hope it didn't attract too much attention. When she felt a little less stressed it would fall off on its own. Myrra picked herself up and started to follow the group again. She hoped that they would soon be at their destination, so that she could find a place to calm down.

Ian walked out from the alleyway and glanced left and right before waving his hand forward for the others to follow quickly. He then walked across the crosswalk casually keeping an eye out for anyone who may be getting a little to curious about the group as well as someone for him to feed upon." As he arrived on the other side of the road he looked toward the left and noticed a lack of people on this sidewalk. "Do you guys want to go straight or left?" He didn't want to make the decision by himself incase he needed to leave them midway.

Myrra kept her head down. Her mumbled answer to Ian's query was simply, "I still want to find a river or stream or something." But she kept her voice low and didn't really look at him or anyone else.

"Anything's good for me," Fulther offered. "But we could do with being somewhere less exposed. Perhaps the back routes would be better. Either way, we should move quickly." How long before the authorities would catch up with them?

"Just get us there fast, Ian." Silera snapped irritably as she adjusted Rehn's weight and dragged him forward with her. "In case you haven't noticed I'm dragging a faun around. Not exactly subtle." She continued as she glared at the people who were sneaking glances at the strange group. She was already picturing the lecture she would have to listen to when she got back to the compound. If it weren't for Fulther, so far the only one in the group she felt deserved her attention, she'd have dumped them and gone on her way a while ago.

Watching the woman drag the faun creature around made Myrra grimace. That didn't look particularly comfortable. She waited for a bit, not wanting to interfere but finally couldn't stay quiet anymore. "If he's heavy I can carry him." She offered roughly, though she kept her face ducked down and didn't look Silera in the eyes.

Ian quickly turned left to walk down the sidewalk and stopped beside the next alleyway entrance waiting for the others to catch up. "2 more blocks and one more alleyway so let's get a move on. His red eyes appeared to glow as the rain came down around him. People were looking at him like he was a ghost due to his unique ivory-like skin but he paid them no attention.

The group was definitely drawing too much attention, simply from their appearance, Fulther knew that. "We've got to move faster," he muttered. His head was turning this way and that, trying to spot any official looking people looking their way. The rag tag bunch of Specials were sitting ducks out on the streets.

Silera paused at Myrra's offer and her eyes quickly scanned the small girl from head to toe, "Do you have some sort of super strength?" She asked curiously as she lugged the man along with them and kept up with Ian. Speaking of which, the pale Special was a little unnerving with his glowing red eyes and it was bringing attention to them, in addition to the goat person hanging off her shoulder. Almost with out realizing it, her mouth opened in a silent hiss as she scanned the surrounding humans while she waited for Myrra to reply.

Biting her lip and hiding her face behind her heavy black and green bangs, Myrra shrugged her shoulders at Silera. "Well... I'm stronger than a human would be. I'm used to carrying a lot heavier loads when I'm in my usual form." She managed to say. Myrra didn't intend to describe anything more about her usual form though. She didn't seem to stand out as badly as some of the other characters here, but that didn't mean she was normal either. She was different, and that meant she couldn't trust anyone.

Fulther motioned to the others. "Come on, we're getting further from the built-up area - we should be able to find somewhere safe." With that, he led the way on the most direct route out of the centre of town, his eyes searching for any threats.

They were actually moving towards the lake and Silera felt a pleased rumble start deep in her throat as she imagined swimming in the cool water while lightning flashed overhead. "Hmmm." She said simply in response to Myrra. I can handle it. She said quietly and even managed to smile to prove she wasn't actually trying to be a bitch. Of course she was completely lying, though no one else knew it, unless they were psychic, she was wholeheartedly planning on abandoning her burden first chance she got. Even now she was hanging back behind the trio, looking for a likely spot she could dump the unconscious goat person and continue on her merry way.

Well, Myrra wasn't going to push her help on anyone. She moved a bit away from the group again, giving herself some space. She didn't really feel very comfortable around so many people. She wanted to run... or swim. Somewhere where she was alone.

The buildings they passed started looking less used, boards covering windows and doorways. Fulther started to relax a little, but the people in these areas were generally more desperate and could try something - however, they'd have to be REAL to take on a group like them. He glanced back at the others and paused to watch Silera carrying the goat-boy Rehn. "Don't be afraid to holler if he starts becoming a burden," he said before turning back to the road ahead. Not far up, he took a side road which showed signs of neglect - litter tumbled along its sides and weeds had started sprouting up through the tarmac.

Myrra followed along quietly her eyes glancing around as she expected some sort of trouble at any second. She didn't like being closed in with so many walls, she didn't like cities, and she was starting to feel a little claustrophobic. It was probably obvious how nervous she was feeling since she kept speeding up unintentionally then having to slow down again. Not to mention she was trying very hard not to touch anything with her skin, because at this point she was certain she would end up sticking.

Silera nodded in response to Fulther, though she had no intention of taking the offer. The boy was a burden and would be better off recovering alone. She waited until she was certain they weren't paying attention and slowly veered into an alleyway and dropped his body. She was tempting to take off a couple of his fingers as a snack but it would take to long so instead she nudged him with her foot until he was up against the wall and continued on her way. "The lake's up ahead." She called out after several more minutes of walking and suddenly veered off between two piles of rubble. The view that met them was a massive body of water, trash littered the shores but the black water still seemed pretty clean once you managed to get away from the shallows.

The air was sweeter here, cleaner, and cooler. Fulther took a deep breath before turning to the others. He then noticed a lack of a certain part-goat boy. He crossed his arms and wagged a finger at Silera. "What did I say about if he became a burden?" His eyes widened. "Did you leave him in my coat?!"

"Oops?" Silera said shame-faced as she realized she had forgotten to take the coat off the boy. "I'll owe you?" She offered. She didn't like this man scolding her, she much preferred him smiling at her but she would never tell. "It was a ratty coat anyways." She snapped stupidly in retaliation.

Myrra turned her head when she heard Fulther berate Silera and Silera's angry response. "I can find him." She offered quietly, though she didn't really intend for anyone to hear her. Instead she sniffed the air, though her nose wasn't as good as a dog's it was better than an ordinary human's closer to that of a horse's sense of smell. It probably hadn't been long before the strange goat boy had been dropped off. She didn't like the idea of leaving him behind while he was unconscious. Then again, she didn't really want to be around all these people herself.

Fulther clenched his fists, his face going red as he stared at Silera. Finally, he threw his arms up, let out a loud primal shout, and dove into the lake. The water cooled his anger as it cooled his body, and focussing on swimming made him manage to avoid thinking how close he'd come to hitting the woman.

Hmpf. Just what was so special about the stupid jacket? Silera fumed as she watched Fulther disappear into the water. She rolled her eyes irritatedly, it seemed that's where her money was going, buying him a new jacket. Thunder rumbled overhead and she shivered excitedly, distracted. "Don't bother. The goat will be fine and safe where I left him." And better off. She finished the last bit inside. As she spoke, she'd been peeling off her clothing until she was only in the barest essentials. She glanced at the girl next to her and shot her a feral grin, "Didn't you want a lake? Well I delivered you a lake." She said before letting out a wild woop and diving gracefully into the water.

Kicking off her boots, Myrra leaped into the water and dove deep down under the surface. She let her body transform into it's more natural shape. As she swam deeper she breathed deeply through the gills on her neck her mane and tail rippling along behind her in the water currents. She finally felt comfortable again. The water was and would always be her home.

The water felt incredibly good. Fulther swam back to shore and stripped off his outer layers and boots before heading back in, sticking to the shallows. Crouching in the water, he felt a smile growing on his face. His calm had returned.

Mmmmmm. He was just a smoking hot hunk of man flesh. Silera thought to herself as she watched him strip down and then jump back into the water. She swam easily in the deep water, completely fearless of the storm going on overhead. She had already lost sight of Myrra but that didn't bother her, the girl was probably a water special of some type with as bad as she had been trying to make it to water.

2013-12-29 [CuteCommander]: And so it shall begin!

2013-12-29 [Elwyne]: It should start with Lirerial's character. From Nox's suggestion.

2013-12-30 [Dezmond]: Kk

2013-12-31 [Elwyne]: perhaps they didn't notice my link?

2013-12-31 [Koho Ai]: I'm here

2013-12-31 [Elwyne]: well, you can make the first post if you want. Unless you want to wait for Lirerial. The two of you as recruits should probably be the starters. Myrra's wandering around in a bit of a haze in the city, with no clue what's going on. I suppose I could put that down for a starter if I have to, but I think having the recruits start makes more sense.

2013-12-31 [Lirerial]: Sorry, just found the link!!

2014-01-01 [Elwyne]: sokay cool. Let's get this started then.

2014-01-01 [Lirerial]: Are we going in order?

2014-01-02 [Elwyne]: umm... not really. I was thinking post when you can, but try to leave some time for others to post too. Or do you think posting in order would be better?

2014-01-02 [Lirerial]: Either one is fine with me

2014-01-02 [Elwyne]: well feel free to post whenever then. Perhaps you can spot Fulther and Myrra next.

2014-01-02 [Elwyne]: well Silera, Fulther, and Myrra are together now. Does Ian want to engage Rehn perhaps? I'd rather not leave anyone alone.

2014-01-02 [Koho Ai]: I'm moving in for the engagement. :P

2014-01-02 [Elwyne]: thanks bunches! (big grin)

2014-01-03 [Elwyne]: hrmm... I'm going to wait a bit for Silera and the others to post. Oh I'm working on a drawing of Myrra with her hand stuck to a wall. I hope it doesn't come out too "cute" like most of my drawings tend to.

2014-01-05 [Elwyne]: anyone against me separating the sections for Ian and Rehn to play each other and Silera, Fulther, and Myrra? I just think it would be easier if they were separated and not tangled together. Unless of course the two groups somehow run into each other, then it would recombine.

2014-01-05 [Lirerial]: I was actually thinking the same thing lol

2014-01-05 [Elwyne]: Well I can fix it then. I'll put Ian and Rehn's stuff on the bottom, cuz I think those lines will be easier to shift.

2014-01-05 [Elwyne]: if I missed anything let me know.

2014-01-05 [Dezmond]: lol much better honestly i should have done it when i first posted xD buuuut i'm lazy lol, also, i'm not exactly sure whats going on evol

2014-01-05 [Koho Ai]: I'm assuming if someone clutches their heart then passes out people are going to gather to see everything is okay. Right now Ian is making observations in his featureless shadow form. He can speak so he hears himself thinking, but other then that I haven't the slightest clue yet where to go with this. I'm assuming an ambulance should be called at some point I'll see where that takes us.

2014-01-06 [Elwyne]: ugh, school starts again for me tomorrow. So be warned that I might not be able to be on as often as I'd like... not that I won't try.

2014-01-06 [Dezmond]: yeah me too T-T yaaaay

2014-01-06 [Elwyne]: school was cancelled for today. I don't have to worry until my next class which is Thursday. Of course this means I have to cook dinner tonight. Ah well... so what's new?

2014-01-09 [Elwyne]: put a picture of Myrra with her hand stuck to the wall in her profile and in DR Portraits if anyone wants to see.

2014-01-09 [Lirerial]: Let me know if you want to run into Ian and Rehn and I'll change my post

2014-01-09 [Elwyne]: well, I was actually thinking they'd run into us when they left the casino. Since we're moving anyway it might work better this way then. Let's go for it.

2014-01-09 [The Black Goat]: y'all have beem busy children lol

2014-01-10 [Elwyne]: We're having fun!

2014-01-13 [Elwyne]: I tacked Myrra, Silera, and Fulther onto the end of Ian and Rehn's area since we're joining up. Myrra spotted Rehn... if he wants to run into her and knock her down it's okay. Meaning I'll let Myrra get crashed into.

2014-01-14 [CuteCommander]: I'll let Rehn go first

2014-01-16 [Elwyne]: ummm... just something I noticed, but none of us have introduced ourselves yet that I can recall. So unless they have history no one really should know anyone's name.

2014-01-16 [Lirerial]: Silera and Ian know each other from the compound

2014-01-16 [Elwyne]: I figured that might be the case. Still even though I might write Silera and Fulther when Myrra is thinking of them, it's just cuz it's easier at this point than, "That first guy I met a while ago."

2014-01-16 [Lirerial]: Yea, I do that too unless its in her thoughts.

2014-01-16 [Lirerial]: Hmmm...

2014-01-16 [Elwyne]: (nods) just saying cuz I thought it should be pointed out.

2014-01-16 [Lirerial]: ^^^ can someone please put my post up?? Lol

2014-01-16 [Koho Ai]: and done

2014-01-17 [Lirerial]: Thank you :) Sometimes my phone acts up and its excruciatingly annoying to post normally with it.

2014-01-17 [Koho Ai]: I've been there with my PSP, and it can be really frustrating at times.

2014-01-24 [Lirerial]: We need an Ian post here :)

2014-01-24 [Koho Ai]: On it

2014-01-24 [Elwyne]: hrmm... maybe I should have the "object" stuck to Myrra's leg be something for Silera to munch on? Or any other interesting ideas?

2014-01-24 [Lirerial]: Hmmm.... Well it would have to be light enough to get blown/kicked towards her. Or make it a mouse, Silera will swallow it whole!!!

2014-01-24 [Elwyne]: hrmm... that's interesting. I think I'll go with it.

2014-01-24 [Elwyne]: how's that?

2014-01-25 [Lirerial]: I like it, is mine ok?

2014-01-25 [Elwyne]: um... could you leave a bit of a note on it that it left some of it's skin still stuck to Myrra's leg? Since her skin hasn't released it yet, Silera would have to tear the thing apart to get it off.

2014-01-25 [Elwyne]: otherwise it's great.

2014-01-25 [Lirerial]: Sure give me a sec

2014-01-25 [Elwyne]: kk, I'll be on later tonight, but I'm going to watch something on t.v. for a bit.

2014-01-25 [Koho Ai]: We should wait for desmond for now anyways we don't wanna leave anybody behind.

2014-01-25 [Lirerial]: Yea :) my phone is dying I Will post when I get home.

2014-01-25 [Elwyne]: kay then. Waiting is fine with me.

2014-01-25 [Elwyne]: thanks for the change. That's much better!

2014-01-27 [Dezmond]: Sorry lost my internet service and I'm down to my cell atm soon as I get a decent post worked up I'll post it down here in the comments

2014-01-27 [Elwyne]: kk, then we'll wait a bit longer. That's fine.

2014-02-03 [Lirerial]: Poooooke

2014-02-03 [Koho Ai]: *Double pokes*

2014-02-03 [Dezmond]: I'm sorry guys if you wanna just keep going with it I'm cool with that, this is just a side bit anyway, just make mention that Rehn went with them and I'll get a serious post up when I can

2014-02-12 [Lirerial]: continue or let die?

2014-02-12 [CuteCommander]: I could happily continue

2014-02-12 [Lirerial]: ok, I'm gonna drag Rehn along and keep it going :)

2014-02-12 [Koho Ai]: Lets victimize him lol :P

2014-02-12 [Lirerial]: lol fine with me! Suggestions??

2014-02-12 [Koho Ai]: Hey look a brick fell from the sky and hit Rehn knocking him out for awhile.

2014-02-13 [Elwyne]: Or since his horn is already broke he could simply pass out from the pain? No one noticed that Myrra's lagging behind by the way?

2014-02-13 [Lirerial]: Well if Silera goes back for Rehn, she'll notice Myrra

2014-02-13 [Elwyne]: Just so long as she doesn't cause Myrra to panic or she might end up going horse and taking off after all.

2014-02-13 [Lirerial]: That work?

2014-02-13 [Elwyne]: yup, thanks!

2014-03-08 [Elwyne]: is anyone else going to post anything? Or is everyone having some sort of problems?

2014-03-08 [CuteCommander]: I was waiting for Ian

2014-03-08 [Elwyne]: ah... well it just seems we've come to a standstill. I was just poking to see what turns up.

2014-03-08 [Elwyne]: (poke)

2014-03-08 [Lirerial]: Yea I was waiting on Ian as well

2014-03-08 [Koho Ai]: Sorry just completed my contract for the army and spending time with my wife.

2014-03-09 [Elwyne]: Well, it's okay. I'm glad you get to spend time with your wife. I just have a tendency to poke when things seemed to have come to a halt. I probably don't come on as often as I should because of school. So if I ever vanish for some time it probably has to do with extra homework.

2014-03-09 [Lirerial]: Thank you for your service!!!

2014-03-14 [The Black Goat]: Just got out huh? How long were you in?

2014-04-28 [Elwyne]: anyone still playing here?

2014-04-28 [Lirerial]: I don't think so. Looks like everyone forgot about it

2014-04-28 [CuteCommander]: I was waiting on others :P

2014-04-28 [Lirerial]: CC, if you want go a head and post and I'll steer this so we can keep playing just us 3

2014-04-28 [Elwyne]: I was the last one who had posted and was waiting for another poster. I can't post right after my own last post you know? Ok, maybe that was confusing.

2014-04-28 [Elwyne]: Myrra is waiting for Silera to be specific.

2014-04-28 [Lirerial]: I'll post in a sec.

2014-04-28 [The Black Goat]: Lol why keep bolding myrras name multiple times per post?

2014-05-01 [Elwyne]: umm... well since we were supposed to bold the name in the post, I thought all the times I used her name should be bolded. I can stop if it's annoying.

2014-05-01 [The Black Goat]: Its definitely not required to bold every time, just once so people can easily see who is posting

2014-05-01 [Elwyne]: ah, okay

2014-05-14 [CuteCommander]: Can't post on my phone - page too long

2014-05-14 [Lirerial]: better?
